We are a multi-disciplined firm based in the market town of Diss on the Norfolk and Suffolk borders. The firm’s history and principles have evolved from a background of rural professional work. This has developed over the years and now covers professional disciplines including estate agency, property surveys and valuations together with art and antique auctions to become one of the most renowned within East Anglia.
Based on 2 sites in Diss the Estate Agency office now offers both residential and commercial sales and lettings alongside the more traditional rural professional practice. The Diss Auction Rooms site is based within easy distance of the town centre with weekly sales of over 2,000 lots every Friday and specialised Saturday sales approximately every 3 weeks.

About Us
TW Gaze was established in 1857 by the eponymous Thomas William as a firm of agricultural valuers and auctioneers and evolved over 150 years to reflect changes in the rural way of life generally, and farming in particular. Therefore, gone are the livestock markets which were at the heart of the social and business life of the rural community for so long. Instead we have chattels auctions which still provide a forum for mixing business with pleasure on market days, residential and commercial agencies, and the old core of rural valuation, management, farm and land agency. The firm boasts 5 partners complemented by a large and loyal workforce of over 50 employees covering all disciplines.
