Finding the right tenant – including quality particulars with colour photographs, local and regional press advertising. Matching property/tenant on our extensive database,
colour photo display at our Market Hill offices. Obtaining personal details and references of prospective tenants for Landlords consideration and decision. Record of Condition and Inventory of property.
The Tenancy Agreement which will accord with current legislation and be tailored to the particular requirements of the Landlord and his property. Arranging for tenant’s signature to the agreement.
Property Management
If we continue to manage the property our Property Management Service will include:
Rent collection
Arranging, if required, statutory gas and electrical installation inspection and certificates
Notifying Local Authority and utility companies of change of tenant
Dealing with Tenant's enquiries and minor repairs
Inspecting your property twice a year
Settlement direct to Landlord's bank account of rents received with supporting rent statements by post
