The Service we offer to house sellers is tailored to individual requirements. Sale details can be prepared both inhouse using quality colour photos and floor plans which are then printed on our top of the range colour photocopier. For the larger properties, or at your discretion, professionally printed colour brochures can be arranged.

Advertising is widespread using local, regional and national media, together with our own website and the national website portal Primelocation.com. Both websites have search facilities to help prospective buyers find the right house. We also keep an active register of people who are looking for property and when we first receive instructions to put a property onto the market we match that property to the applicants and carry out a mailshot. This mailing usually produces quite a number of viewings and, occasionally, an early purchaser.

When we are instructed to sell a property, we introduce one of our front office property staff to the house, as we believe it is beneficial that at least two of us in the office have seen the houses that we are selling so that we can give first-hand information to prospective buyers when they ask.

In our residential team we have two valuers, five negotiators and three support staff, to ensure that the sales run smoothly and we can keep vendors up to date with their sale. We are open 9am to 5.30pm weekdays and on Saturdays 9am to 4pm using our regular staff.

For the right sort of property we offer a property auction service. Appropriate properties include executors sales, investment, building plots, properties in need of renovation or those unsuitable for mortgage purposes. We hold three property auctions a year in our purpose built auction rooms.
